These Governing documents are presented for current and Prospective Homeowners to look at and review. The documents are not meant to be the formal certified documents you need to sell or buy a home nor should they be used as such. If you are buying either a new home or an existing home you should receive a certified copy of the Governing Documents at closing. I know many of us did not receive the correct and/or any documents at closing. If you need to get a certified copy of the Governing Documents our Association Management Company Compass Management Group, Inc. will supply them for a fee.
